Hayan Sushi

Hayansushi is a sushi restaurant near Mongchontoseong Station in the Hanmi Building area of Songpa-gu, Seoul, serving an omakase course. The chef builds the course around sushi and sashimi, explaining each ingredient and dish one by one. At lunch the pace is fast and explanations accompany the meal, while the dinner course ends with about 24 pieces of sushi and somyeon for dessert. The amount of rice and the seasoning in the sushi can be adjusted on request.
