Garak Myeonok is a neighborhood naengmyeon restaurant in Garak-dong, Seoul, serving Hamhung naengmyeon and handmade mandu. The noodles are made in-house, and the mul naengmyeon broth has a fruity flavor with a spicy finish; mandu can be ordered two at a time. Some regulars have been coming for over ten years. Parking is available behind the building when it is quiet, though the parking space is inconvenient.
