Hamchobat Deulkkae Kalguksu

Hamchobat Deulkkae Kalguksu is a basement venue in a shopping complex in Seoul that serves deulkkae kalguksu (perilla seed knife-cut noodles) and kkomagimbap. The deulkkae kalguksu has a strong perilla aroma in its broth and chewy noodles, and barley rice is served before you order. There are about three tables, so lunch customers may have to wait. Kkomagimbap is served only to customers who arrive before noon, and the small number of tables makes the wait relatively long.
