Ham's Galbi Jip

Hamseu Galbijip in Seoul serves LA galbi and pork galbi. The LA galbi is lightly seasoned, and the pork galbi is cut from actual ribs rather than pork collar. The owner and staff take turns grilling the meat, and some cuts are pre-grilled before serving. Side dishes include galbi ppeoguri and doenjang gukbap.
