Hakman Kalguksu

Hakman Kalguksu is a noodle shop in Seoul that serves kalguksu and handmade dumplings. Its kalguksu broth is made with clams, dried shrimp, and hwangtae, and the noodles are made in-house; the dumplings are filled with finely chopped vegetables. Before the meal, kkongbori bap is served, with yeolmu kimchi and geotjeori as side dishes. Kalguksu orders for two or more people come in a large bowl to share, and about two cars can park in front of the shop.
