Haemok Lotte World Mall serves freshwater eel dishes, including hitsumabushi and kaisendon, on the sixth floor of Lotte World Mall in Jamsil. The signature hitsumabushi is eaten three ways: first the eel and rice as they are, then with yakumi, then with ochazuke. Waiting is registered at a tablet at the storefront or through an app, and at lunch waits of around 50 minutes have occurred. Inside Lotte World Mall the surroundings are loud during meal times, which makes conversation difficult.
