Gyochajeom

Gyochajeom is a tonkatsu restaurant near Seokchon Station in Songpa-gu, Seoul, serving Japanese-style rosu katsu and hire katsu. The orange cheese katsu adds the sour taste of orange to cheese tonkatsu. The shop is small, so a wait forms later in the day, and the special rosu sometimes sells out early. The hire katsu is cooked through and somewhat dry.
