Eulmildae Jamsil

Eulmildae Jamsil is a Pyeongyang naengmyeon restaurant in the Bangi-dong food alley in Songpa-gu, Seoul, serving mul naengmyeon, bibim naengmyeon, suyuk, and nokdujeon. The mul naengmyeon mixes meat broth with dongchimi and uses thick noodles made from buckwheat and starch, giving them a chewy texture. About eight free parking spaces are available in front of the store, and noodles are served first when you order, with naengmyeon and nokdujeon coming out relatively quickly. During office lunch hours, the wait can run close to 30 minutes.
