Eping

Eping is a Chinese restaurant in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, serving ganjjajang, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk in the Ogeum-dong and Garak-dong area. The tangsuyuk is stir-fried with sauce, which keeps the coating thin and crisp. Instead of the usual tangsuyuk sauce, a red dipping sauce is served on the side. For parties of three or more, the lunch set allows a choice between jjamppong and jjajangmyeon, and prices are on the high side.
