Eobu

Eobu is a raw fish restaurant in Bangi-dong Food Alley in Songpa-gu, Seoul, serving hoe made with yellowtail, flounder, sea bream, and sea bass. It offers a chef's recommended course and a manager's course, with grilled herring available as an addition. The hoe set meal includes hoe, sushi, herring, sea squirt, and maeuntang, and the restaurant has three private rooms. The frying is not crispy enough.
