Donsadon

Donsadon in Seoul is a grilled-meat restaurant that cooks black pork from Jeju and raw geun-gogi (thick-cut pork sold by weight). Diners dip the various cuts in meljeot, and staff grill the meat through to the end. Doenjang ppogeuli is a menu item served with rice mixed in, and it can be ordered alongside the meat. Because the pork comes from Jeju, prices are on the higher side.
