Donblanc Seokchonhosu is a Korean barbecue restaurant next to Seokchon Lake in Songpa-gu, Seoul, serving samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork collar, and pork jowl. Staff grill the aged samgyeopsal and pork jowl and serve them with meljeot, pink salt, and ssamjang. On the terrace, grilled meat arrives on a thick iron plate with a view of Lotte Tower, and seat availability there must be checked in advance. The grill plate is not changed when more meat is cooked, so the meat burns easily.
