Din Tai Fung Lotte World Mall is a restaurant on the sixth floor of Lotte World Mall in Jamsil, Seoul, serving Taiwanese dim sum including xiaolongbao. It offers sets with xiaolongbao, shrimp xiaolongbao, shrimp and vegetable spring rolls, dan dan noodles, and pork chop fried rice, and shumai combos and beef noodle soup can be ordered as well. Even with a queue, parties have entered in about 15 minutes, and table turnover is fast. The dim sum is not steamed evenly, so the wrappers are sometimes tough or the pieces come out cold.
