Daegal Gopchang & Makchang

Daegal Gopchang & Makchang is a restaurant in Songpa 1-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, at the corner of the Songridan-gil intersection by the east lake of Seokchon Lake. It serves gopchang (grilled intestines) and makchang (beef abomasum), grilling both seasoned makchang and salted makchang, and a small doenjang jjigae comes with the meal. The makchang is cooked after ordering, and the space has both floor-sitting and chair tables plus outdoor seating. On weekend evenings the wait can run about an hour.
