Daebakjip

Daebakjip Seokchonjeom is a self-service grill restaurant near Seokchon Gobun Station that serves daepae samgyeopsal. Diners grill the thin, crisp pork belly themselves and take kimchi and ssam vegetables from the self-service bar. After 6 p.m. the tables fill quickly, but turnover is fast, so waits tend to be short. Most items, from side dishes to bokkeumbap, are self-serve.
