Simbidium Garden Five is a buffet restaurant in Seoul that serves sushi, udon, and dolsot bibimbap. The buffet centers on sushi, with rolls and fish sushi, and diners also choose desserts such as hwangdo. On weekdays, lunch is limited to 80 minutes, and entering around 1:15 pm means sushi refills stop after 2 pm and the kitchen closes around 2:30 pm. The selection of sushi is not large.
