Chuncheon Hoban Dakgalbi Makguksu

Chuncheon-style dakgalbi, makguksu and gamjajeon are served at this neighborhood restaurant next to the Bangi-dong community center in Songpa-gu, Seoul. The dakgalbi is spicy but not heavily salted, and the gamjajeon is fried from potatoes ground on the spot, making it crisp. The restaurant has operated at this location for over ten years, and jjolmyeon sari, chicken innards and bokkeumbap can also be ordered. The makguksu is mild in flavor and not very cold.
