Bruxie is a shop on the basement first floor of Lotte World Mall in Jamsil, across from the aquarium, selling waffle sandwiches with chicken as the patty and handmade burgers. The Holly Chicken contains maple syrup for sweetness, and the chicken is crispy while the waffle is soft with slightly crisp edges. At weekend lunch there can be a short wait, and customers order before taking a seat, with self-service refills on carbonated drinks. The french fries are on the salty side and the portion is small.
