Bong Memil

Bongmemil is a restaurant in Seoul that serves buckwheat and perilla dishes, located at the second building from the intersection in front of the neighborhood park in Munjeong-dong. Its main dishes are bibim memil noodles, perilla kalguksu, and a spicy kalguksu with a whole octopus. The side dishes include house-made kimchi such as yeolmu kimchi and geotjeori, and the buckwheat noodles have a texture that snaps apart. At lunchtime the place is crowded and somewhat hectic, and parking is not easy.
