Bangbae Sogopchang

Bangbae Sogopchang sits between Songpa Station and Seokchon Station in Songpa-gu, Seoul, and grills raw gopchang over charcoal. The menu covers gopchang, daechang, makchang, beef tongue, heart, and special tripe, all prepared by hand from raw rather than frozen intestines. Staff grill the gopchang for you, and pumpkin, king oyster mushroom, and cherry tomatoes come out with it. Prices are high enough that eating here often is a strain.
