Baekkobjib

Baekkob Jip is a Seoul restaurant in Songpa-gu where beef and Iberico pork collar are grilled over charcoal. The Baekkob Special cuts the meat thick and has staff grill it at the table. At lunch, customers grill the meat themselves, and the set meal comes with dolsotbap and doenjang jjigae. The naengmyeon is more heavily seasoned than at other naengmyeon restaurants and has a noticeable MSG taste.
