Ajitae

Ajitae is a modern izakaya restaurant on Songridan-gil in Songpa-gu, Seoul, serving aged hoe, katsu sando and bong sushi. The menu also includes hoeyangjangpi and chicken neck meat, with sake and distilled soju available by the chef's recommendation. The owner-chef, who previously worked at Gappoaki, runs the place alone. It has settled in as an izakaya filled with regulars.
