ABC COOKING STUDIO

ABC Cooking Studio is a cooking studio in Lotte World Mall in Seoul where students learn cooking and baking. Classes cover Asian and Japanese fusion dishes such as Japanese-style Chinese food, and the bread and cakes made in class are taken home. One instructor leads up to four students, and the class proceeds with ingredients mostly prepped in advance while students follow the recipe on a screen. Lockers are available, and enrollment in regular classes is difficult.
