Daegang

Daegang is a bar in Seoul that serves aged hoe and Korean anju. The mixed aged hoe includes salmon, flounder, and sea bream, and comes with chorae rice that can be eaten like sushi. It opens at 5 p.m., and the outdoor seating is available until 10 p.m. The outdoor seats fill up quickly, so arriving late means waiting.
