Wonsan Myeonok

Wonsan Myeonok is a Hamheung naengmyeon restaurant in Sokcho. Its bibim naengmyeon comes topped with myeongtae hoe or kodari hoe, and diners adjust the heat with dadegi before pouring in the cold meat broth. Onyuk su is also served, the mul naengmyeon has a mild flavor, and mandu guk, yukgaejang and suyuk are sold as well. The steamed mandu have soggy wrappers and filling, which makes them less satisfying than the naengmyeon.
