Sokcho Omyeon

Sokcho Omyeon is a small Korean restaurant on the second floor of a BYC store in an alley of Sokcho Jungang Market, serving bone kalguksu and haejang bone kalguksu. The haejang bone kalguksu comes with a spicy broth, soft pork bones and chewy noodles, while the bone kalguksu is served in the style of the galbitang found in Gwangju's Tteokgalbi Alley. The pork falls off the bone easily and the noodles are chewy. The broth is on the spicy side and the seasoning is divisive.
