Jeongdeun Sikdang

Jeongdeun Sikdang is a jang kalguksu restaurant in Sokcho. The noodles are made in house and served in a gochujang and doenjang broth topped with gim garu, kkae garu, and egg. Noodles are rolled and cut to order, and the wait at noon on Saturday ran about 20 minutes. Parking in front of the shop fits only three or four cars, so parking nearby is difficult.
