Bukcheong Dakgangjeong is a dakgangjeong shop in Sokcho Jungang Market. The shop fries raw chicken to order, adds finely chopped perilla leaf, and coats it in a sauce that is not very sweet. Waiting 15 to 20 minutes after ordering gives time to look around the market. Because the sauce goes on right after frying, the texture is less crispy.
