Surin

Surin is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Seoul that serves a hanwoo omakase course centered on grilled beef. The course moves from starters such as roseupyeonchae, potato shrimp jeon and yukhoe tart through perilla oil noodles, a mini hanwoo burger and truffle rice, with the meat grilled beside the table. Dinner is split into a first and second seating, and the second seating begins at 8 p.m. and ends around 10 p.m., with the meat served in three rounds. The bar seats sit next to the aisle staff walk through, so they are busy.
