Zheng Ming Cha Shi 正明茶室

Zheng Ming Cha Shi is a hawker stall selling kaya toast inside a Singapore hawker centre. The toast is crisp, spread with kaya jam and butter, and served with soft-boiled eggs. The owner and his wife look after each customer and bring the food to the table. Locals visit more often than tourists, giving the stall a local atmosphere.
