Yakiniku Don-Don

Yakiniku Don-Don is a yakiniku restaurant in Singapore where meat is grilled over charcoal. Diners grill ox tongue topped with plenty of scallions, galbi, and samgyeopsal (pork belly) themselves to their liking. The charcoal smoke settles into the meat, and the naengmyeon (cold noodles) is served cold with a chewy texture. Smoke from the grill fills the dining room, making it uncomfortable to sit for long.
