UM YONG BAEK / KOREAN BBQ - BOON TAT is a Korean restaurant on Boon Tat Street in Singapore that serves Busan-style dwaeji gukbap and pork collar. The dwaeji gukbap comes in Busan and Miryang styles, and pork collar, makguksu noodles and kimchi are also on the menu. On a weekend around 1pm, eight groups were waiting and entry took 30 to 40 minutes, and side dishes are refilled. The rice in the dwaeji gukbap is served already in the broth, so the grains are swollen.
