TUCK KEE (IPOH) SAH HOR FUN

Tuck Kee (Ipoh) Sah Hor Fun is a hawker stall at the end of the second floor of Hong Lim Complex in Singapore, serving sah hor fun topped with prawns and crayfish. Its main dishes are crayfish and prawn sah hor fun, with smooth noodles coated in a thick, aromatic sauce and finished with fried spring onion. At lunch, waits of 25 to 45 minutes are common even though three elderly staff members take orders quickly. During the lunch period, the crayfish dishes sell out or require enduring a long queue.
