Tonkatsu by Ma Maison is a Japanese tonkatsu restaurant at Mandarin Gallery in Orchard, Singapore. Its tonkatsu has a tender interior and a crisp fried coating, and the miso sauce tastes similar to jajang. On weekends the restaurant takes walk-ins without reservations, and because the space is large, tables become available quickly. There is no queueing system, so the order of the line is not managed.
