Toku Nori Handroll Bar – Telok Ayer

Toku Nori Handroll Bar is a Japanese handroll bar on the second and third floors of a shophouse near a hawker centre at the end of Telok Ayer Street in Singapore. It serves handrolls with engawa and wagyu, and with uni and foie gras, along with sashimi and sake pairings. Handrolls are made to order at the seat, the seaweed is crisp, and the engawa has a rich, creamy texture. Sashimi and crudo can be ordered as well.
