The Gogijip & Halmae Gukbab (Hansik Dining Collective)

The Gogijip & Halmae Gukbab is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Singapore’s Chinatown. It grills black pork samgyeopsal (pork belly) and bulgogi, and serves kimchi and ganjang gejang. The restaurant uses brazier-style grills and has a separate dining room. Service is slow because there are too few staff for the size of the restaurant.
