Teahouse 1973 is a teahouse and cafe in an HDB residential area of Singapore, selling chicken nasi lemak, coffee, waffles and ice cream. The chicken leg nasi lemak comes with blue pea rice and sambal, and pastries and coffee can be ordered in the morning. Run by young Burmese operators, it also offers a high tea set, and food arrives quickly after ordering. The main dishes are large enough that one plate leaves room for dessert.
