鮨然SUSHI ZEN

Sushi Zen is a counter restaurant serving Japanese omakase and sushi near the entrance of Jiak Chuan Road in Singapore. A chef from Beijing explains the courses in Chinese and Japanese, covering aged fish, sea urchin, and abalone served with abalone liver sauce. Lunch sets and dinner sets are available, and the amount of sushi rice can be adjusted on request. Conversations between customers carry through the room.
