Sushi Jin

Sushi Jin is a Japanese restaurant serving omakase and sushi at One Farrer Hotel in Singapore. The omakase runs eight courses: an appetizer, sashimi, abalone, a warm dish, eight pieces of nigiri, a chef's creation, soup, and dessert, along with truffle chawanmushi and tempura. An early-bird omakase is available at the earliest seating of 5:30 p.m., and lunch comes with a salad. Prices are on the high side relative to the food.
