Sushi Ayumu by Masa Ishibashi

Sushi Ayumu by Masa Ishibashi is a Japanese sushi-ya serving Edomae-style omakase on the fourth floor of Mandarin Gallery on Orchard Road. The chef builds sashimi and sushi courses from seasonal seafood, and also serves hotate and grilled dishes with an explanation of each. The restaurant has a private room and two counters, and reservations are available through Chope. Course prices are on the high side.
