Sushi Airways is a sushi restaurant on Arab Street in Singapore designed to look like an aircraft cabin. It plates sushi platters so they look good and taste right. The interior has silver tables and chairs and large window panels, with views of the street and its activity. Seating is close together, so the dining space is not roomy.
