Seom Dim Sum is a Chinese restaurant serving dim sum and Hong Kong-style wonton noodles, located near Little India and Mustafa Centre. Its signature dishes are shrimp har gow, shumai, crispy shrimp changfen, and xiaolongbao. The interior is cool, the dining area and restroom are clean, and staff response is quick. Fried items tend to be greasy.
