StraitsKitchen is a buffet restaurant on the lobby level of the Grand Hyatt Singapore that serves Chinese, Malay and Indian food. Chili crab is available without limit, and local dishes such as satay, roast duck and laksa are chosen at live stations. The restaurant is halal-certified, its food sections are divided by culture, and for laksa you pick the ingredients and noodles yourself. There is no time limit on the buffet, so you can eat slowly.
