Sot - Telok Ayer

Sot is a Korean restaurant in Telok Ayer, Singapore, serving samgyeopsal (pork belly), gopchang (grilled intestines), dakgalbi and jjimdak. Meat is grilled on a pot lid, and kimchi is grilled in the leftover fat. Staff grill the samgyeopsal and gopchang at the table, and the jjimdak comes with glass noodles and potatoes. Kimchi stew, doenjang stew and steamed egg are available on the side, and daechang (beef large intestine) is followed by fried rice.
