Songpa Bakute Novena Velocity is inside Novena Velocity mall and serves bakuteh, a pork rib soup dish, along with Singaporean sides. The main dish is pork rib bakuteh with a strong pepper flavour, and braised pork trotters and seafood pancakes come as sides. Orders are placed by scanning the QR code on the table, and at lunch the wait can run 10 to 20 minutes while staff keep refilling the soup. The portion of bakuteh is small, so rice has to be ordered separately.
