Skirt & Dirt is a Western food stall in Tiong Bahru Market in Singapore. It serves black pepper chicken and chicken chop, both grilled, along with several kinds of burgers. Each main comes with a choice of two sides, such as coleslaw, onion rings, or buttered vegetables. The chicken chop is slightly dry and lightly seasoned.
