Singkoba @ Telok Ayer

Singkoba Telok Ayer is a Korean restaurant on Telok Ayer Street in Singapore that grills samgyeopsal (pork belly) and gopchang (grilled intestines). The samgyeopsal is thick and grilled with kimchi, and the owner grills it at the table. Kimchi stew, doenjang stew, and kimchi pancake are also on the menu, and the side dishes are refilled continuously. Staff grill the pork skin at a separate station.
