Sichuan Delicacies

Sichuan Delicacies is a stall in a Singapore hawker centre that serves Sichuan-style noodles and mapo tofu. The Sichuan-style spicy noodles come with chewy noodles, minced meat and bean sprouts, and another noodle dish is served with peanuts and chilli oil. Even when the queue is long, two people cook quickly and the work area is clean. There is no rice on the menu.
