Shima Restaurant

Shima Restaurant is a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant near Orchard Road that grills wagyu and seafood on an iron griddle. It cooks wagyu, salmon, shrimp, and lobster in front of diners, and offers sets with sashimi, tempura, and chawanmushi as well as an unlimited buffet. The restaurant has operated since 1980, and guests seated at the counter in front of the chef watch the cooking while those at regular tables receive dishes as they are prepared. Some dishes in the set menus are small in portion for adults.
