Ramen Champion Bugis+ (Homemade Noodle Ramen )

Ramen Champion Bugis+ is a stall in the Bugis+ food court in Singapore that serves ramen along with tonkatsu and rice bowls. The Donkotsu Icku ramen comes with a thick broth, thick chashu, and a ramen egg, while the Spicy Sukiyaki ramen contains pork belly and an onsen egg. It has operated since 2011 and uses a self-service system where customers order at a machine and return their trays themselves. Several stalls share the food court, so it has less of the feel of a dedicated ramen shop.
